The NCR was one of the worst states of the LBPU and one of the few who remain from it's initial destruction in the late 1987s. It is a highly un-influential political body despite it's miniscule size, with two members serving as Union Protectors (Lgmpm as the Vice Dictator and CCSocalGamer as the Minister of Nuclear Attacks) and one of those members being the clan's Union representative.(CCSocalGamer) The United States of the New California Republic, often referred to as the New California Republic or the NCR, is an Inoffensive Centrist Democracy on LittleBigPlanet and also a member clan of the LBP Union.

Based primarily on Elmo, the NCR and its administration are highly ambitious and work on various structural projects and hope to attain a large government in the future, however this has been a very slow process. Thus demonstrates the tradeoff of efficiency when it comes to democracy. The NCR however still lives, however is seeking to have other smaller Union clans become NCR states which would help with their structure and the smaller clans' infrastructure.

== History ==
The NCR often cites its history as the Elmo storyline, however the NCR as an LBP clan is presumed to be founded like any other clan, as a few people coming together to form an organization for a specific purpose. (Licking Butts)

During its current days in the LBPU, the NCR Congress voted to impeach Dictator Lgmpm 'Stalin' Butthead, to end his lifetime term, which he agreed to and stepped down. (Thank God). Congress then formed the United States Commonwealths of America, a clan based on the United States before the Great War of Elmo Land. Unfortunately, the USCA's Dictator disappeared and never presented himself to the LBPU census. The clan was presumed to have collapsed, however has more recently disappeared. Lgmpm reformed NCR after the 'incident'. (M88 peed his pants during a speech)

The NCR is the first Union State to propose a piece of crap to the LBPU General Assembly floor, titled "the Hate Speech Act." It has not yet gone to hell but is slowly gaining endorsements from few other representatives.

== Structure ==
The NCR is fairly small, standing at between 5-10 members, most inactive. However the administration is making progress in restoring the activity and size of the clan via annexing small Union states for mutual benefit. With lots of dictatorship-ish positions to fill, the NCR is great for those looking to participate in Capitilism affairs of all sorts, such as lawbreaking, vice, criminal justice, so on and so forth.
