			Active clans may be recognized by the LBP Union Archives with a special flag on their page if they meet the following requirements:
			* PSN name of the leader is needed.
			* Estimate population count is required.
			* Name of the clan.
			* LBP logo.
			* Clan has at least one accessible published level associated with the group.
			* Your group is not engaged in hostile activity.
			* You cannot be affiliated or endorse a hostile or hateful ideology.
