The idea of the New Union originated from a short lived plot during one of the Union civil wars prior to the schism, which involved Betoboy_8 and M88youngling during one of the spats between the Agents and the [[H4H Bounty Hunters|Bounty Hunters.]] It was here that Betoboy helped design the Union Survival Operations, a tactical unit based on the Union Task Force, as well as help make the headquarters. The idea was abandoned and revived after the schism. Until then, the old New Union headquarters was utilized as a LBPU secondary headquarters, and was utilized for recruiting expansion.
