If you want my advice, clans should be about hanging out and creating with friends, organizing events, doing things you enjoy. Don't look for 'war' on a kids game, and keep it cool. The pressure to take part in flaming and bickering in comment sections is strong but stay away from it. It's not worth it...And don't be pressured by "militaries" or anything like that like you see across the wiki. That part of the template is mostly a relic of the many MANY clans that took part in that sort of thing that really isn't relevant in a good clan.
Tournaments, creative education, creative events...that sort of thing. Member recruitment levels, encouraging people in your group to make content for Blue Union like costumes, levels, items...
Lore is cool too. Come up with a stronger identity for your group. A strong purpose too. Got a fantasy history?
