Beacon is a server instance running on a LittleBigPlanet custom server, Project Lighthouse. The server instance is maintained and operated by the LBP Union. It was launched as a public beta on March 6th, 2023. It officially supports LittleBigPlanet, LittleBigPlanet 2, LittleBigPlanet 3 (PS3), and LittleBigPlanet Vita.

Community

Beacon maintains the largest custom server community for LittleBigPlanet, with over 20,000 users and nearly 20,000 levels. The LBP Union Creative Works Administration maintains a biweekly event called 'Team Pick Tuesdays' to select the best original levels from the community.

Moderation

Beacon is moderated by the LBP Union's Starguard team.
