The Remnants Union first published the handbook on May 10th, 2013. It has since been updated in republications of its release level, and its most recent version has been recovered from its last republication on August 17th, 2016.
Details
The Remnants Union Informational Handbook details basic information on the Remnants Union, but focuses more on its doctrine and foreign policy than information on its own operation. Lack of clarity and detail make it an unreliable source of information about the RU. For example, there are notable contradictions in its alliances section. The factbook lists Organization XIII as being allies of the RU, but during this time in 2016, Organization XIII was a member state of the LittleBigPlanet Union and could not have been allies with the RU. Another example is the lack of leader names accompanying the alliance's member states, such as Terea and Recreation. Neither of these clans have ever been observed to have existed by any source or witness as of yet, making it difficult to trust that these clans ever actually existed.
