TOXIC-RAGE-2002, also known as "Toxic" or "MrToxic" was the former leader of various clans and groups throughout the history of Little Big Planet and served a moderate role in the creation and ratification of the Novus Carta within the LittleBigPlanet Union. He served as a former administrator, colonel, general, and diplomat in many different clans and organizations before arriving on LittleBigPlanet 3 in early 2015. As of 2018, he is the current Autarch of the Toxic Regime and its divisonal empire.[1]
