Founding
Meanwhile the political parties system didn't exist, Kuomintang technically existed within Taiyang's government, Until they established the political party system, Kuomintang came first and was selected as the ruling party.[1]
SamuraiEzoiar also made Kuomintang and Minzhudang collaborate together, To make the dual-leadership work.[1]
