The Visarian Mandate (VM) was a clan formed during the later periods of clanning and went through several reforms before becoming the nation it was known for, ranging from the old generation FR (Fallen Republic/Reich) to Judgment, the Visarian Mandate's place holder name which we were known as for a brief time. In the Visarian Mandate's short but noticeable period of existence, it committed actions and engaged in activities which created its reputation is a notorious "trolling" organisation, but also created high quality content for the community, ranging from individual pieces of artwork or technology to high budget levels.
The Visarian Mandate is an organization formed from the echos of the Fallen Republic and the continuation of the Judgement organization. It is known for its controversial hate tactics, skilled and elitist creators, and overall its reputation for trolling.

During the later period of 2014,the small friend group of fellow clanners was a spot of interaction for clanners coming from all walks of the community, whether they be from Nick-C11's Silentium-Contra, PolarLab's Axis, or Final_Isaac's Remnants union, this group also included active and inactive clanners who belonged to one of these groups or wern't part of a group but just wanted to hang around (these included TheTornTerraform (Bruce), RAYMENBADCOOKIE, forceman11 and others (Which I can't remember, sorry guys). Around this time as well, Nick-C11 (I believe) added Jukewannabe to the group and for a brief time allowed everyone to get acquainted with the veteran member, who had been away for quite some time from the community because of technical issues. Bruce approached Jukewannabe as a stranger at the time, after some discussion of other affairs, whether they be clanning or non clanning related and people, they came to the consensus to create a new clan stemming from the roots of FR's legacy, this created some ripples within the small group of Silentium-Contra, Axis and the Remnants union but wasn't enough to bother them to engage in any actions. After some time of discussion between the two as to how the clan would operate, they begun to invite some other reputable clanners at the time to join them in this new creation, these people in question were ChimeranDinos, Lewis300199 and huntsman007, who were known throughout their years for more questionable activities and their attitude as a whole towards other members of the community. This caused some discretion's between the groups of early Judgment and SC/RU/Axis and eventually lead to some early 'cold-war esque' stand off's. While the Judgment group primarily ignored the so-called  'childish going's on', the SC/RU/Axis kept stirring, waiting for the next move.

Overview

The Visarian Mandate is an organization formed from the echos of the Fallen Republic and the continuation of the Judgement organization. It is known for its controversial hate tactics, skilled and elitist creators, and overall its reputation for trolling.

History

Judgment Begins

During the latter period of 2014, a group of clanners was established on Kik messenger. These clanners included Nick-C11's Silentium-Contra, PolarLab's Axis Alliance, and Final_Isaac's Remnants Union. This group also included active and inactive clanners who belonged to one of these groups or weren't part of a group but just wanted to hang around (these included TheTornTerraform (Bruce), RAYMENBADCOOKIE, forceman11 and others. Around this time as well, Nick-C11 (?) added Jukewannabe to the group and for a brief time allowed everyone to get acquainted with the veteran member, who had been away for quite some time from the community because of technical issues. Bruce approached Jukewannabe as a stranger at the time and after some discussion of other affairs, such as whether they be clanning or non clanning related, they came to the consensus to create a new clan stemming from the roots of FR's legacy. This created some ripples within the Silentium Contra, Axis and the Remnants Union but wasn't enough to cause them to act. After some discussion between Bruce and Juke as to how the organization would operate they began to invite some other reputable clanners at the time to join them in this new creation. These people in question were ChimeranDinos, Lewis300199 and Huntsman007, who were known throughout their years for more questionable activities and their attitude as a whole towards other members of the community.

Judgement's Doctrine

Soon, Judgement revealed its doctrine via several mediums. With the rest of the original Kik group now aware of Judgement's new team, they became worried by the reputation of these members. Their worries became complete when the clan announced that it had plans to completely reshape the LBP clanning community, and would do so by removing clan alliances from the community such as the Remnants Union, Axis Alliance and the LBP Union, as well as anyone else who might stand in their way. Taking this as a threat, the RU, Axis and Silentium Contra met, and Wanida12 from SC contacted the LBP Union, requesting their assistance. Though reluctant at first, the LBPU agreed to assist. This formed a secret coalition between the Axis, Remnants Union, LBP Union and Silentium Contra against Judgement.

For a long period, VM went under the name of Judgement and it was, for a time, going to be the group's name for the upcoming release of LittleBigPlanet 3.However it was also during this time the group begun to do other reforms to the group with the name change to Visarian Mandate being one, and also took on other members like the_pool_is_open (however this did not last long). It was during this build up of LBP3 that was when the bad words became hostilities between the two groups of people and was during this time that the "Allies" (SC/RU/Axis/) was formed with the sole purpose of defeating the Visarian Mandate as they were deemed toxic for the community by the Allies, with a 4 vs. 1 fight on the group's hand, there attentions turned from reformations of "Judgement" to focusing on preparing some strategies to defend themselves from the impending danger.

The Period of Defence (When the group began to take shape):

Some time after the initial formation of the Allies and the release of LBP 3, "Judgement" as it was still known had projects in the works and some level's and idea's planned for the defence of the group, since throwing the first punch was not in the groups favour, neither was it in the Allies favour, this resulted in, in referring back to the previous paragraph, 'Cold War-esque' exchanges and tensions which would 99% of the time amount to nothing but a petty argument or an insult being flung. However because of the tensions put on the group, it allowed Judgement to take shape far faster than it should have because of the constant stress from it's neighbours, which resulted in the creation of not only high quality assets, but also the quick but credible education of new and old Judgement members under the 'FR' style.

The Period of Defence (The whole trolling thing you always talk about):

Also around the time of Defence, certain Visarian Mandate members were causing havoc and dismay within certain sectors of the community, primarily in the community of "Furries", people who enjoy or take part in the idea of being an anthropomorphic person/creature, as well as other sub-sets like new player (noob) clanners, dubbed as "Spergs" by the group and other general fandoms. At the time, the leadership of Judgement wasn't concerned with the damage these Judgement members were doing to these communities simply because he was too concerned with prepping new creations for the upcoming defence and in his words, he "really didn't care". It was because of these actions the Little Big Planet Union formally got involved with the conflicts and joined the Allies in hopes of defending and taking in the people "attacked and harassed" by the group. While the leadership perhaps should have taken a stronger hold on the people committing these actions, Juke simply couldn't stop and control the people committing these operations because of their sporadic nature and behaviour which they were already well known for, and the fact that they weren't exactly known for listening to authority figures. It was because of this laid back attitude towards the "trolling" fiasco and the constant barrage that these sub-groups endured that gave the group it's reputation that would stick with it throughout it's lifetime, despite it's attempts to rid it's bad name. These actions of trolling would also endure for well beyond the the period of defence until these members were formally removed and revoked of their authority at a much later period.

The Period of Defence (Unrest and eviction):

The Judgement high ranking officials were starting to get rather nervous and paranoia began to seep in, with officials constantly pointing fingers at each other and calling each other out for a whole host of ridiculous or minor reasons which most of the time were forgot about the next day, however, once such occasion in Judgement history led to the ousting of a high ranking official since the beginning, this came at the time of many "Spergs" appearing and being let into the group on the grouds that they were let in by "Bruce", because of this, the group was put onto lock-down and Bruce was stripped of his authority and power forcefully by the other members, angered by this transgression, Bruce pleaded innocence towards the claims but the group refused to listen, with full hearted assurance that Bruce was perpetrating the group for either his gain or someone elses. Frustrated, Bruce took his leave from Judgement and seek asylum within the Allies to pledge allegiance towards their cause, fueled by the anger his former co-members brought upon him, the Allies seen this as quite the bargain, either this was the truth and Bruce held valuable insight into the inner workings of Judgement, or he was acting as a plant for the leadership of Judgement to gain intelligence, after consideration, Nick-C11 of SC offered placement for Bruce into the inner circle of the Allies top leadership and into Silentium-Contra itself, this both pleased and infuriated many officials from all the groups, the most being M88Youngling, the president of the Little Big Planet Union at the time, who retracted the Union as a whole from the Allies because of his untrustworthy ideas of Bruce, however all other leaders stayed and entrusted Bruce within the circle. This structure went on for some time, until the Allies began to speak again to the leaders of Judgement who apologised for their quick acting behaviour and, after seeing how the Allies treated Bruce in an unjust manor, resorting to insulting and degrading Bruce for the little-lest of reasons, decided to offer his former position back to him, while the reunification was rather hate filled towards both Judgement and Bruce, he did eventually join back with his former position intact, this, of course sent Silentium-Contra into a frenzy and caused hostilities towards the groups once again, as they felt betrayed and undone by Bruce's decision to rejoin with Judgement, these acts of aggression only escalated in the times to come.

The period of Formation (Final day's of defence):

With Axis and Remnant's Union lying fairly dormant and inactive, and with the LBPU's immediate withdrawal from the Allies, it only left Silentium-Contra as the last surviving member's of the Allies and thus the last major threat to the existence of Judgement. This made it extremely easy for Judgement to focus in on the remaining group and over the course of a few exchanges, S.C eventually left L.B.P as a whole and did not return, leaving Judgement as the last one standing. It was because of this new found time of peace that Judgement could finally establish it's infrastructure, creating the government system and the design choices, and of course, the name change to The Visarian Mandate. It was during this time that a majority of the VM content was created, whether it was assets for levels or entire levels. However, this peace would only last for so long.

The period of Expansion (Height of Activity):

Once VM was completely set up and the leadership was happy with the result, they decided now was the time to take on fresh faces and run them through the newly found Visarian education system, also forwarded and funded by RSR. Around this time was when the "trolling" sector started to up it's game, going after multiple targets at a time in hopes to cause unrest and discord within the people they were "harassing". This is the primary reason that the LBPU appeared for the first time since withdrawing from the Allies, labelling the Mandate as nothing more than terrorists who should be avoided and discouraged at all costs, and also made references and call-out's to the group during interviews held by the president. This provoked a main response from the leadership of Visarian Mandate, and was the consequence of ethical and non-ethical forms of assault against the LBPU and it's leadership, as well as any allies linked to the Union, this ranged from anything to simply leaving crude words to re-creating entire LBPU levels in re-enactments to mock the inner creativity techniques of member's of the Union. This fermented bitter feelings towards each party on either side, and was the reason why the LBPU-VM conflict was drawn out for the long time that it was. While some member's of the Visarian Mandate wished for simply negotiating peace, the majority of the group wished for nothing but assault after assault. The period of Expansion lasted for a fairly long time and contained detail's that not even the highest ranking VM officials can recollect.

(THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS BY VISARSOVEREIGN (BRUCE) IN DETAILING THE HISTORY AND GIVING A PROPER BACKGROUND FOR THE VISARIAN MANDATE FOR USE IN LITTLE BIG PLANET UNION ARCHIVES, M88 I KNOW YOU HATE US BUT IM GIVING YOU A FULL RUN DOWN HERE SO AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO KEEP THIS UP WHILE I COMPLETE IT, THANK YOU! (Also this took genuine effort to write so please do not delete it, double thanks!))

The Visarian Mandate Today

The situation still remains unclear what became of Visarian Mandate. Most of the Administration left believing LBP simply wasn't worth playing due to lack of Community Activity and Clanning fading into obscurity. It is believed power is now being held by a small faction of remaining executives.

It's been confirmed by numerous members of the original group that the Visarian Mandate will be making a return in Media Molecule's upcoming game Dreams for the Playstation 4.
