Overview

The High Authority is a clan founded by Hardware34 in 2018.

History

Prelude

The High Authority was preceeded by both the Dark Zephyr Republic and the Evurikal Legion. Previously, Hardware made an attempt at launching the High Authority, but failed after his creator profile corrupted, forcing him to erase his work.[1]

Project Heart

The High Authority was launched officially on March 21st, 2018. Dubbed "Project Heart" after the central symbol of its flag, Hardware34 set forth plans for recruitment, with plans to build a level that contains the group's "Official Authority Handbook".[1]

The High Authority's first level, "Valfodr Plaza", was posted on May 3rd, 2018. The level serves to be one part of a group of levels set aboard a fictional city called the "Eternal Bastion".[1]

The High Authority's official menu was posted on May 15th.

The group later engaged in some hostility with the fifth incarnation of the Axis Alliance, led by LBP-Savior-_-, questioning Axis' ideals and methods.

At some point, the Court of Vindicta, Team Frost and the Ashina Clan became member states of the High Authority.

Operation Dark Eyes

Government

The High Authority is operated by the Royal Court. The Royal Court has five seats occupied by its leader and executives.[1]

  • King of the High Authority and Master of the Coalition - Hardware34
  • Administration Overseer - TheManWhoLaughzZ
  • Internal Affairs - StickerSlap
  • External Affairs - Samc2004
  • Eternal - Xx-Ribbium-xX
  • Judicator

Coalition

The High Authority's coalition cites its inspiration from the Remnants Union, and the real life Commonwealth of Nations. The ideals behind the coalition is that the High Authority seeks to protect and help develop its member states in exchange for their moral support towards its goal. The High Authority's member states are given free reign over their foreign policies.[1]

Member States

Foreign Relations

The High Authority have a strict foreign policy that bars them from making alliances outside of its coalition. As such, its only positive interaction with outside clans is to invite them into the coalition. [1]

The High Authority and LittleBigPlanet Union are considered neutral following the former's predecessor having plotted against the latter. [1] Despite this, both groups' leaders are on good terms.

The High Authority have set up an attempt to boycott the Axis Alliance, going out of their way to point out Axis' irregularities and how it attempts to mimic its previous incarnation. Hardware has cited the LBPU's #StopAxis campaign as a source of influence behind his schematics.[1]

Culture and Style

The High Authority draws its influence from the British Empire and the subsequent Commonwealth of Nations; the coalition of the High Authority seeks to work alongside its member states while providing them with clemency and safety.[1]

It also borrows influence to the Arthurian legends, depicting its leadership similarly to that of the Round Table: All those seated are considered equal amongst each other, including the King himself. The group also borrows its design from Medieval Britain.[1]

Similarly, the group borrows elements and designs from Norse Mythology, with plans to emulate its realms such as Asgard, Muspelheim and Nidavellir.[1]

Infrastructure

The High Authority has two levels to showcase itself, both constructed by Hardware34. With more levels planned. The High Authority communicate via a server on Discord. [1]

There are plans to branch the High Authority onto Dreams after its release.[1]
