MR-TOXIC-RAGE, previously known as "TOXIC-RAGE-2002" and also known by the nicknames "Toxic" and "MrToxic" was the former leader of various clans and groups throughout the history of Little Big Planet and served a moderate role in the creation and ratification of the Novus Carta within the LittleBigPlanet Union. He served as a former administrator, colonel, general, and diplomat in many different clans and organizations before arriving on LittleBigPlanet 3 in early 2015. As of 2019, he is the current Autarch of the Toxic Regime, and the Grand Master of the Cosmic Coalition (an alliance) and its divisonal empire.^[1]
