ChimeranDinos was the leader of Turan Empire and a member of the Visarian Mandate.
History
Not much is known about his early work before his work with Ribbium. However before the Reaver Ascendancy purge of early clans he and Ribbium chose to spend most of their time harrassing hardware34.
After a chance encounter with Ribbium (Lewis300199) ChimeranDinos attained a parter in crime to continue carrying out his acts of cruelty.

Legacy
ChimeranDinos (or arrakis towards the end) paved the way for better quality level design and detail with weapon design (for movie purposes)
