PHOENIX is a clan founded by Hardware34 in 2019 as successor to the High Authority. It is the figurehead of the Confederation. Due to Hardware's semi-resignation, they are currently semi-active.
History
PHOENIX was originally planned as a rebranding in January 2019. It had a planned launch in June 2019, but plans have been postponed indefinitely.
Government
PHOENIX is run by a Supreme Leader. It is not decided if there will be any other given roles within the organisation.
Foreign Relations
PHOENIX is the figurehead member state of the Confederation.
