PHOENIX is a clan founded by Hardware34 in 2019 as successor to the High Authority. It is the figurehead of the Confederation. Due to Hardware's semi-resignation, they are currently semi-active.

Launch
PHOENIX was officially confirmed to launch on June 19, 2018.
Government
PHOENIX is run by a Supreme Leader. It is not decided if there will be any other given roles within the organisation.
