You'll find a copy of it on his Polaris Manor level, if you keep going left after entering the Manor portion you'll stumble upon a Library-esque area where it'll be sitting in a prize bubble along with a guide for "Leading a Succesful Clan", I don't even really need the irony in there do I?

Oh and Spoiler, in the book he unironically states how he "Ruled LBP" for a time. So just to kinda give you a bit of insight of the treat you're in for.
