[R.003] Commend xXGOTMILK123Xx was an LBP Union Security Council Commendation of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police leader and Commissioner of the Union Peacekeepers, xXGOTMILK123Xx. It recognizes xXGOTMILK123Xx for his contributions to the community, however is vague at describing what these contributions are.

Origin

At an LBP Union Security Council conference on July 27th, 2015, M88youngling spoke to several Union representatives about the possibility of commending an individual or clan in an attempt to raise representative activity. Later, at the next Security Council conference on August 22nd, 2015, this discussion continued and led to the conception of a proposal for a commendation of xXGOTMILK123Xx by ACOSTABOYS310. Acosta was the representative of Milk's clan, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Days later, Acosta officially proposed the commendation on the same day as the proposal of [R.002] Commend the Master Creators Society. On the same day, Chairman of the Security Council VitoCoreleon003 resigned from his position. The proposal, alongside the proposal to commend the MCS, was discussed as the next Security Council Conference on September 13th. Finally, on November 1st, 2015, both proposals were passed into law with two for and zero against.
