So, after some deliberation, I've decided that there needs to be a separation between archiving and research in the realm of study about LittleBigPlanet clan history. So, I've decided to do something a little unusual.

I've started a new blog on Tumblr called the Las Calles Review which will act as a sort of fake academic journal. People can submit articles to it for review, and if they are up to the right guidelines I can publish them on the blog. They of course can also be included in the archive library as well.

Why should you publish research about clan history through my journal? Well, there are a few obvious advantages. For one, I administrate this wiki, which is the largest repository of information about LittleBigPlanet clans on the Internet. I'll make extra sure that your work is given an article here and I can help you edit based on the knowledge I've gained from working on this site. I am committed to helping finding the truth and toward making sure research in this topic is conducted appropriately and without plagiarism. I can definitely lend a hand in that regard.

Of course, you might be worried about bias or exclusion. Perhaps you feel worried that I may exclude your work because of my own personal agenda. I am willing to take a step back in the name of historical study and look at your work independent of whatever bias I might have. One exception is that if I feel endangered by the content of the paper you submit, I of course will not publish it.

I will not publish content that isn't factual or based on reasonable cited sources. I have been sent forged documents by people looking to use them as sources for the wiki before. If you attempt to use falsified information, I'm definitely not going to publish your work. That's lying. If you accidentally forget to cite something, I can help you find a source. However, I will not publish your paper if your sources aren't cited properly.

If you still are concerned about publishing through the Las Calles Journal due to suspected bias or other reasons (maybe you just don't like me lol), please come talk to me. Shoot me a message on here or elsewhere if you'd like. I also encourage you to start your own journal if you feel like it, but if you do that, I encourage you to follow the same strict guidelines as I do: making sure work is supported by strong citations and is high quality.

In case you missed it, here's a link to the Las Calles Review.
