If you provide information, I care about where it comes from. If all you have is your word, just throw in "CAPT-CHEW's Testimony". It will be much stronger if you have some kind of doc somewhere like a Constitution that you can cite for something like a government system. I cite my own journal entries for a lot of things, and I also cite various census data for certain clans if I can for population details.
You say that TAU turned against a CAP clan, but you are still leaving out some important details,
1. which clan did TAU turn against?
2. How did it turn against them and why?
